Patients whose date of birth translates
into 1-1-5 in 9 Star Qi
1st. Patient : male 1-1-5 (KID/BL - KID/BL
- SP/ ST )
Main Complaints: breathing
problems, feels like muscle spasm in lungs, tongue ulcers, all
four extremities including shoulders very stiff
Others symptoms:very
tired. Med history: has part of colon removed followed with radiation.
On heavy medication .
It would be easy for me to make a case, as to the
relationship of his illness to previous stress, generated by imminent
loss, and his struggle in coming to terms with it.
Treatment: This is a difficult case
to describe best a short resume. Patient has been having consistent
acupuncture on a monthly basis for a number of yrs. . It is only
recently he has felt confident to totally stop all medication.
However, all initial major symptoms disappeared reasonably fast.
It is my belief / observation that the mouth ulcers and aches
were partly caused by the medication affecting his already weak
ST-Meridian. Treatment has consisted of Ton .ST-Offical / Meridian
throughout. Today he's a much more agile, good humoured man, who
is on the whole symptom free.
6 months back he's complained of cramps back
of legs, apparently they had been there for quite a while. This
led me to try the Bladder meridian cramps disappeared straight
away not to come back. What's more his already good sense of humour
and joy of life increased significantly.
