Courses are non-residential, list of suitable B&B will be provided on request and need to be booked in advanced. Refreshments will be provided. Meals are at your discretion.

All weekends courses are from 9.0am - 5.0pm to allow time
for Physical Qi Gong, stretching and meditational practices.
